Using the intelligence of emotions
Emotions contain intelligence and ensure our survival – not just physically but also socially. They give us hints and orientation. Emotions can be felt in the body and are there to make us aware of something.
In working life we are used to trying to control or even suppress our emotions. We do not appreciate them or trust them.
In the course of this week develop curiosity towards your emotions. When do you feel them? What? Where in your body? What is it connected to? What is the cause? Do not suppress the feelings, let them be, and be curious
Watch how our minds create stories out of our emotions. Can you let go of the story and simply experience the emotion? What changes?
