Rouse your energy to be on the spot, mindful. This is also a question of willpower. Avoid fragmentation and distraction – do not let your attention be frittered away. Be focused without being harsh or unkind, simply on the dot.
Take 5 minutes before you day begins and actually think through your tasks and goals for the day. Do not let yourself be distracted.
Be mindful of what success actually means? Maybe there are little things you want to achieve – a good moment with each of your colleagues. Remain connected to your goal throughout the day – never give up.
