How much transparency do you show to your boss and colleagues?
Be straightforward and face things – as soon as you are honest with yourself and others, new opportunities arise. If nobody knows what you think or what you want, you won’t expect no change, impulse or innovation at all.
Try not to manoeuver around. Others easily sense all kinds of secrets and underlying comments – „something’s wrong, … he acts very strange, … feels like he is leaving soon, … what‘s going on here?“
People can feel if something is wrong. Be open and unveil your thoughts/emotions
