Leadership is lonely
With whom do you talk about these things? With whom do you engage in confidential dialogues. Who helps you in difficult times. Whom do you really tell how you are.
Do you speak openly with other leaders in your organization?
Who do you help? For whom are you there if they need someone?
Reflect on this. If someone is there for you, be grateful and actually appreciate this. If not, be courageous this week. Find someone you can talk to – about something big or small. Someone whom you can take into your confidence, someone who can accompany you on your way.
Speak mindfully. Simply try it. Touch your experience and share it. You might be surprised who is willing to be there for you.
