What do you do at home in the evening? What about your sleep – do you dream? And if so, what do you dream?
It may sound odd but it is possible to dream consciously. Being asleep, your brain processes the day in an amazing way.
Put pen and paper next to your bed, and try to write down your dreams. Just before you fall asleep remind yourself: „I’d like to know my dreams.“
