Over the week try out a daily check-in: As soon as you sit down in your office chair, maintain a straight posture for three minutes. Feel the contact with your chair and sense your breath.
On the body-level: Which signs does your body send out this morning? Sense your tensions – try to release them somehow. Which parts of your body feel good?
Emotional level: In which mood are you today? Name this feeling or give it a colour or perhaps a metaphor.
On the mental level: Which thoughts dominate your mind this morning? Where does your mind drift?

It is helpful to know in which state of mind you are. Only then you can be good to yourself and to others. Train the check-in daily and see the effect of it.
